Downloading My RealPlayer onto my Windows Surface 4 Tablet (2nd Device)

I need key code link from RP Customer Service to Download RP onto Tablet.  I used to have RP on my tablet and it expired, I guess.THERE IS NO 1-800 number to call Technical Support, and there is no FAQ about downloading onto second device. I need code number link by email.

  The only app we now have is called RealTimes. We have stopped development of our previous version of RealPlayer for mobile devices.

  We don't offer phone support anymore.
