I tried to burn dvd but I get message -video plus could not verified as authentic ,ERRO CODE:RUP-BAD WHAT DO I DO?

 

 

 

I HAVE TRIED TO BURN DVD BUT I GET MESSAGE-VIDEOPLUS COULD NOT VERIFIED ANTHENTIC ERRORCODE:RUP-BAD

WHAT DO I DO TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM?

  1. Please make sure you are signed in with the email address you purchased RealPlayer Plus

  2. Please convert the file to MP4 and then try to burn DVD

  3. Try an alternate DVD

  4. Reinstall RealPlayer
