getting an error message while trying to burn dvd; never received this before

i'm trying to burn dvd from videos downloaded from youtube. I've done this many times with no issues. now i'm getting the following message: the software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.

  You may receive this message when you are trying to burn a file format that is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn. Please convert the files to MP4 so you don't run into this error message.
