real palyer crashes when I pasue a video

Hello, I recently had a problem with my computer. I got it cleaned up and re-downloaded real player/real times with downloader. for some reason whenever I pause a video or have real player open or even when Im playing a playlist it crashes. HELLLLLP

  Do you have dual display drivers installed on your computer? Would you be able to send me the following txt file?

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Click Run.
  3. Type in "dxdiag" (without quotes).
  4. Click OK.
  5. Once it loads, click Save All Information.
  6. Save the file named dxdiag.txt to your desktop.
