DVD burning errors

 It starts to prepare videos to be burned  all of a sudden,I get an error  End Of file before it even finishes preparing videos Ive uninstalled or reinstalled Real player but i get same code. But Cds come out alright

  We are aware of a known issue with DVD burn with an error message "(end of file error parsing ac3 audio stream"

  Our engineers are working on resolving the issue. I will email as soon as it is resolved.

  I get all the way through the preparation process, but the burn fails and I get the message: "unknown error: 2130903552"  :(  Posted 5/4/18

  Can you please tell me what file format you are trying to burn?

  I have the same issue and get the- end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream -message.
  The problem seems to affect only MP4 files.
  If you use the Real Converter and convert the MP4 files into Real Media HD and then burn them to DVD it will burn successfully.
  It is worth noting that Real Media HD compresses the files slightly to save space resulting in some slight pixalling on low light scenes, but at least you can still burn stuff until they fix the problem.
