Download and save Videos

When I install Real Player, one of the things it says it does is that "It lets you download & save videos from popular websites with a single click."  It did - when I put the arrow of my mouse over the video, a box opened above that was the RealDownloader, and would capture the video.  But, that just stopped working a day or two ago.  I went on the website, and it says to click on the orange button and it will install it in the browsers.  What it does is reinstall RealPlayer.  I did it twice - still doesn't work.  Why?  How can I make it work again?

  What web browser do you use? If you are using Firefox, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer (v.18.1.11.212) and Firefox (v.59.0.2)
