  Myself, along with many others have been reporting this problem for the last 4 months. Real Player Support said then that they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix it, 

  The issue seems to affect only MP4 files. If you convert your MP4 files (right click on the video in your library, then right click on edit) to Real Media HD then the DVD will burn without problem.

  Downside is that this takes extra time to convert the files and I have found that the picture does pixel slightly on low light or fast moving camera scenes, but at least you can still burn stuff until they eventually fix the problem.

  I keep getting some error title code and the audio stream code which stops my burning attempt.  How do I get past this problem?

  Brian,

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
