DVD burning problems.

While trying to burn a DVD, the burn will fail and I receive the message

end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program so often to try and fix this problem that I have lost count of how many times I've tried. I have also installed any updates that were available.

I have also seen an error message: -2813

THIS IS SO VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

  I have also had this problem for the last 4 months as have many other people. Real player support said back then that they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix it.

  The problem only affects MP4 files. If you convert the MP4 files using Real Converter (right click on your video in the library and then right click on edit) into Real Media HD then they will burn without a problem.

  Obviously this takes extra time to convert the files, and I have found that the picture quality degrades slightly resulting in pixels on low light or fast moving scenes, but at least you can still burn stuff until they eventually fix the problem.
