can't download any videos it say no address

can someone please call me at 901-xxx-xxxx my name is randy timberlake my email address isxxxxx1@aol.com I cant download any video's or any music at all I need a tech to take over my computer and fix it please or can some one call and let us no what's going on

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
