unable to download videos

I have the latest available update for realplayer and the download tab does appear but when I click on the tab nothing happens. Please assist me in this matter. Thank you

  Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue. 

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
  3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
  4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
  5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.

  If the issue persists, please let us know.
