    We recently identified an issue where certain videos were not downloading.

    We are happy to report that the issue has been resolved.

    Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue.

    1. Open RealPlayer.
    2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
    3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
    4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
    5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.
