Can't save my playlist

When I try to save my playlist the program kicks me out of Real player and deletes my queue. This just happened in the last few weeks.

  We have a known issue with creating playlists from Queue. You can alternately save playlists by going to the Playlist section under Music in the Library tab of RealPlayer.

  Please let us know if you have difficulty creating playlists from there.
