End of file errors, parsing ac3audiostream when burning a dvd

Whenever I   load a DVD disc to burn it goes through all the steps and then throws a n end of file errors parshing ac3Audio Stream I am current with charges and have unloaded and downloaded a couple of times.  Nothing helps.  Please check it out.

  We are aware of the AC3 error when burning to a DVD. Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will send you an email when the issue is resolved.

  This seems to only affect MP4 files. If you convert the MP4 files to Real Media HD they will then burn without problem. (Right click on the file in your library, then right click on edit, then click on convert). This does take a bit  longer to do, and sometimes a low light or fast moving scene will pixel slightly, but at least you can still burn stuff until the problem is sorted.
