Videos cannot be viewed normally.

Videos play as if a very small section of the frame is greatly enlarged. Cannot view any videos normally---only tiny area greatly enlarged! Have posted before, but received no help. Have aggressively removed the app then reinstalled several times. Same result always.

  Are you playing a DVD within RealPlayer or regular downloaded videos from your RealPlayer library? Can you please attach a screenshot of how RealPlayer is playing the video?
