Onlt the DVD will not display on TV Screen via HDMI.

The DVD will not display on TV via HDMI. All other types of videos are ok. I.E. Y Tube all PC screens show and audio good. Just the DVD using Real Player will not show on TV Screen it goes blank once movie starts. Window 10 upgrade had same problem. They sent me DVD player it fix it but I use and have a lot of Real Player files and video. Real Player still broke hence this mode will not work

  We have received other customers mentioning of this issue especially when the computer is connected to a TV. Unfortunately, when we tested this setup in-house, we were able to play it on a TV.

  Can you please describe how exactly you have connected your computer to the TV with a HDMI?
