real player will not launch libary

Tried all your fixes … nothing works... I have sent hours and hours trying to to fix. Have Christmas event that has been set up for a year. As you know my play list is gone in addition to not able to set up for the event. 

Is it possible to send a link for you to go live on my PC. No human should suffer

in this way....I will pay … give you my new puppy … all my children … they mad at me anyway.....HELP HELP

  In my libary pictures and videos open in a blue box not a picture. I have installed and reinstalled and no luck. I have Windows 10 Pro
