how do I get help.

Don't want everything to open in realplayer

No place t`o contact anyone

  Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\AutoPlay and change DVDs to "Ask me everytime". Do the same thing to Blu-ray Discs and CDs
  
  This will give you the option to choose the player of your choice.
