resizing dvd

having followed all the advice on a previous thread realplayer plus still does not allow a dvd to be played in fullscreen. only a partial amount of the realplayer space is used. this is really annoying as i paid for this rather than the free downloads I've since discovered!

too top it all i downloaded some software from a link you posted to supposedly fix the problem and it contained malware.

I'm not at all happy

  What is the resolution of your monitor? If you are using a 4k monitor or a high resolution monitor and you are trying to play a DVD that is not high definition, it is quite possible for this to happen. Therefore, please confirm.
