I have tried all tips but, I am still unable to download any video from youtube. The system was working fine before this update that was installed. I am frustrated because I need the system to work.

  Can you please let us know the following:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for file named "Videodl.exe"

  2. Right click on this file and click the Details tab

  3. Let us know the File version 

  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade and let us know all that you see here
