RealPlayer has stopped working

I keep receiving the message 'unable to download the video' Everything is enabled and the download button appears but nothing works. I try the more manual option of copying the link but it's still the same problem

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.

  Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

  Same problem here.  Tried the suggested fix and problem persists.
