Realplayer has downloaded and installed but still does not play the dvd

I installed premium with all the downloads, but the netlix dvd will not play.  It gets a tiny opening frame in the corner, and once tried to play but would not enlarge or show the chapters.

  What would your screen resolution be? Please note that RealPlayer DVD Playback currently supports up to 1080p playback only. Our engineers are working on making it compatible for higher resolutions.
