Cannot Download on YOUTUBE

This started yesterday.    I can not download on  YouTube.    I tried on both Chrone and  Internet  Explorer.   I can download on  BitChute.     I've restarted my computer and checked for updates.

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.

  Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

  Same here.  In fact, it started after I had already successfully downloaded for awhile.  I can still download low resolution videos by hitting the pop-up link in Internet Explorer, but the high resolution option doesn't work.  It says there are no videos to download.

  Tried for 4 hours closing down and reopening and realdownloader fails every time to download you tube videos!!!!!

  Yes I´ve tried to download some videos from youtube but it send me a message UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD....Am I doing something wrong or is the app? I am a Premium use so I must be able to use this function. Thank you.

  Silvia,

  Can you please go to C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Real\\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24
