You told me you would fix this problem. I have given you all the information you asked for. Problem still isn't fixed.

Nearly TWO WEEKS have passed and I haven't heard a word about getting access to my uploaded videos.

 

What's going on??  I should certainly get a refund for April and May. 

 

If you can't fix this, tell me!
