Download This Video Option Does Not Appear
I have Real Player Premium. I am currently using the most recent version of Firefox. RealPlayer was working fine until the June 2019 software update. After the software update, the "Download This Video" button/option would not appear. I looked at all the suggestions under "Download This Video Option Does Not Appear." RealPlayer software is up to date. I am currently running the latest version. I verified that I have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. I also used the "Restart Downloader " process. I rebooted my computer several times. I also uninstalled and re-installed RealPlayer. None of these fixed the problem. I am looking for solution to this problem. If this problem cannot be fixed, I will terminate my Real Player account.
Is anyone from Real Networks going to address this problem & provide a solution?

Do you have any firewall programs installed? Do you have an alternate browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge? Does it not show up in these browsers as well?

I have used alternate browsers such as Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge. The "Download This Video" button/option still does not appear. Real Player was working fine with Firefox until the June 2019 software update. After the June 2019 software update, I was unable to download videos. My firewall programs did not change either before or after the June 2019 software update.
