Problem for RealPlayer finding the video on the webpage

Often, when I select the web address of a video (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to download and put it in Real Downloader's "Download this video" dialog box, Real Downloader says that there is no video at that address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY?????

This program is becoming completely useless for anything!!!!

  We are aware of an issue where certain videos can't be downloaded. Our engineering team is looking into it. In the meanwhile, can you please provide us with the following information:

  1. URL of a video that you are not able to download.

  2. Which web browser are you using?
