My purchase of Realplayer plus is not registered on my account

On the 19th of May 2019 I payed 35.99 dollars for an upgrade to Realplayer plus. Bit if I log into my account it only indicates that I have the free version

  Do you have an alternate email address under which you purchased RealPlayer Plus? We are not seeing a purchase under this email address (gxxx@getmail.no)
