Can't download videos from LondonReal website

First of all i want to thank you for creating this amazing tool to download videos from any platform particularly Youtube. Now coming to the post title, in the past i was able to download videos from LondonReal using your downloader tool but now they have changed their Media player or Video player and I'm no longer able to download their videos using Realdownloader. I've tried all kind of solution including the one opening the link in RealPlayer itself and then try to download it on the internet explorer but it says it is unable to download the video. Please look into this as I really like RealDownloader but i also want to download videos from LondonReal. I'm posting a link for your reference.

  We don't control how websites manage their content. It is quite possible londonreal.tv has made changes to their website that prevents downloads. Their privacy policy also mentions that downloading their videos is against their privacy.

  Unfortunately, there is not much we can do here. You can contact to website administrator.
