Downloader freezes 95% of the time

Downloader freezes 95% of the time. Every since I have purchased this, I have nothing but problems with your downloader freezing. I am tired of uninstalling and reinstalling it, just to get it work right for a short time but it still freezes some. Your program used to be so good years back but now it's a pain in the butt to get it to work. What's the problem that's causing this and how are you going to fix it?  I truly think I wasted my $50 with this company. Usually a company software programs get better as time goes on, but not this company, They got a product that seems not to care if it's premium members can use it or not. WAY TO GO REALPLAYER
