I lost my password and main email address

Reset email wants a provided pin to be entered, but this pin will delete my facebook account totally, if I am understanding this correctly. I don't want to change my facebook or google passwords. I am using Windws 10, and am locked out of my account

  I see a free account under your @rcn.com. You don't have this account associated with Facebook or Google. Can you please let us know where you see that Facebook account will be deleted? A screenshot and a step by step instructions on how you get to this, would be really helpful.
