I can't get Down Loader to show the "drop-down".  I've tried all the recommended steps to activate it but nothing.  I'm running 64 bit Windows 10 with 64 bit Firefox.  Is that the problem?  I can download videos if I copy/paste the URL into the Down Loader, but they aren't HD.

  Please ensure your Downloader is checked. You can make sure by going to the Downloader's Preferences. Please see screenshot below.

  

   

  It certainly works for your setup and there is no such incompatibility. If the issue persists, please also ensure RealDownloader is enabled in the StartUp.
