Device Error - Sense Code (02 3A 02)

This is the third error trying to burn .

The DVD is for a Nursing Home in Bellingham Wash.

My question: I purchased a new PC to stop the crashing...Is burning 

out of the question>>The Nursing home is waiting ...

  This error usually is a hardware error. However, the last time you contacted customer support, we converted your video to WMV and then burned it successfully. Can you do the same and let us know if you are able to burn it?

  You can use RealConveter to convert. If it continues to throw the specific error message, you will need to try with a either a different DVD disk or a DVD drive.
