i HAVE HAD THIS REAL PLAYER PLUS FOR 2 DAYS AND CANNOT USE AS I WANT TO. FAR TOO COMPLICATED ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO BURN SOME DVD's AND ADD TO MY LIBRARY EXACTLY AS I DO WITH CD'S USING iTUNES

I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND PLEASE AS THIS REAL PLAYER PLUS IS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING WHAT I BOUGHT IT FOR
