Can't find audio files in the cloud

I have RealPlayer Premium on my PC with Windows 10. I used to be able to go to your website and view everything you had of mine in the cloud. Now I can see photos and videos, but not audio files for podcasts which I've downloaded and then backed up to the cloud. 

I can see the files on my Player, but not in the cloud. Where are they? Thanks for any help.

  We never had the ability to upload audio files to our Cloud. It has always been photos and videos only.

  You may have uploaded your audio files to a different Cloud service.
