Burning DVDs and crashing

When I try to burn a dvd, it crashes. How do I fix it?

  RealPlayer crashing during a DVD burn is mainly caused by 2 reasons.

  1. Bad/corrupted file in the burn list that is not compatible with RealPlayer.
  2. Bad/corrupted DVD disk or DVD Drive.

  To confirm the 1st reason - use RealConverter and convert them to MP4 and add the newly converted MP4s to the burn list. If it still does the same, then you ave a hardware problem. The first step is to try with a different disk. If that also fails, then most probably it could be your DVD drive it self. 

  Last test would be to burn a set of videos you have previously burned successfully. If they also fail, then it is most certainly your hardware.
