RealPlayer Downloader Version 25 doesn't create an .SRT file with the video download

2 YouTube videos downloaded under Version 24 produced .SRT files (Subtitles/CC). The same videos under Version 25 doesn’t create .SRT files. The Subtitle Box was checked before the download started. VIDEODL.exe File Version 2025.10.22.0, Downloader Version 25.0.0.316, Distribution T25ENUH08.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
