Video not found

I am trying to download vides from a site that has no log in and is a free streaming source 

https://www.wcostream.com

 

However when try to download with Chrome, Firefox or Edge it says no video found. However IE is able to find and download the file. 

How do I get it to be recognized.

  We don't control how websites host their video content and not all videos can be downloaded due to whatever restrictions they may have put in place. You may want to contact the web administrator of that website.
