Newest Version of RealPlayer

The newest version was downloaded today and it will not allow the screen to go full screen with the bottom control for starting the video still showing after starting the video. It used to work on the older versions when you clicked on the full screen other than the starting video control or sound control.

  Can you please ensure your mouse is not at the bottom of the window? We just tested this and the full screen does work however if the mouse pointer is at the bottom of the window, the controls do show up. Please attach a screenshot of your RealPlayer in full mode.
