Realplayer pin for private videos

All of a sudden realplayer does not recognize my private video pin - win I know it's correct - how do I fix this problem? Help

  We see you have an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020 under your cox.net email address. Please sign into RealPlayer with this email address to activate your Plus features. If you are already signed into RealPlayer with your cox.net email address but have forgotten your Private Pin, you can always reset it. Here are instructions to reset your Private Pin by clicking the Forgot your PIN link.
