バージョン20.0.5.307を使用。急にダウンロード速度が著しく低下し出来ないことも。

現在、バージョン20.0.5.307を使用しております。今週の火曜日から全ての動画で急にダウンロード速度が著しく低下して（30分動画で1時間程度を要する）、中には、根気よく続けても、ダウンロード動作終了後、「ダウンロードできませんでした」というメッセージが出ることも。月曜日までは普通に動作しておりました。何か原因があるのでしょうか？また、解決策についてご教示いただけたら幸いです。勝手ながら速やかにダウンロードを実施したい動画がありますので、早急にご対応いただきますよう、何卒、よろしくお願いいたします。

  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.
