I recently upgraded from the free version to RealPlayer 20/20 hoping to increase my download speed.    It is actually worse, only 0.43 mbps whereas my Internet speed is about 15 mbps.

I tried uninstalling the App and reinstalling, but it remains the same.

Any suggestions would be apreciated.

  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.

  Mine is even worse and often fails to download.  What is going on?
