Problem with downloading persists. Recommended procedure did not work.

I performed the recommended procedure and it worked once downloading a 480 video, but when I tried to download a 720 and 1080 videos which before the procedure were downloading at 0.45mbs, now were "unable to download" all together. Please help!!!

  手順通りにPCを再起動してみたが、なんらダウンロードに改善は見られない。

  I did the fix and it worked fine even on 720 video that weren't downloading before
