cannot download anything from Youtube since upgraded to Realplayer 20.0.7.309 T20END01

I'm on Windows 10. Since updating realplayer to the version 20.0.7.309 T20END01, I have not been able to download from Youtube!!!

  Are you seeing any specific error message? Can you please paste a sample URL of the YouTube video you are not able to download? This will help us test it in-house.
