realtimes no longer works on ROKU

I have been using Roku to watch my computer media trouble free for the last couple of years approximately, but since, RealTimes updated  I can not watch me media anymore. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both, RealTimes and Roku, I even removed the RealTimes channel from Roku and added it again but it does not work. I get the image of RealNetworks loading and it starts to show the folders but then it cuts off abruptly.  I emailed you about this a month ago and no answer and you said to an earlier complaint 8 MONTHS AGO that your engineering dept was working on this issue.  what;s taking so long????  Please HELP

  Unfortunately, there has been no decision made on when the updated Roku app will be available. You will be notified if and when the app is made available.
