I have been a loyal customer of Real Player for 15 years, for most of those years I have been satisfied with your software. Only recently in the past 6 months I have had problems with burning dvds. The problem is as follows:

I get the unknown error: 2131042562 message when I burn DVD’S. I follow your instructions to convert the file again to an MP4 file nothing seem to work, I keep getting the repeated message unknown error: 2131042562.

I see that you are using ROXIE burn software to burn you dvd’s. I purchased the ROXIE software and tried to burn a dvd. I got the same message that your systems give when the software fails to burn. That Is unknown error.

I suggest that you contact the ROXIE software group to work out a solution to this problem.

I am beginning to doubt that your basic software works, you take my money each year but you do not answer my email or solve this problem. IS ANYONE THERE GET THIS MESSAGE??  AL SICA
