I have bought the program, followed the update directions, signed in with Youtube. Re-downloaded the program. And it still doesn't download videos. If it's Youtube that's now blocking me, this is program means nothing. I demand a refund.

  I have had RealPlayer for years and never had this problem. If it is not fixed I will not be renewing.
