CD seems to load, but will not play and get this message in a box over the song list.

  If you are getting this message on all your CDs, then the lens of your CD Drive is either corrupted or dirty. This sounds more like a hardware issue than a software issue.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
