I'm trying to record a partial video from a live streaming. The player shows a blue line as if recrding only to later message "unable to download" I paid for this upgrade so how doI get it to work?

  We are happy to announce that the recent issue affecting YouTube downloads has been resolved. 
   
  If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed. 
   
  For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem. I’ve included screenshots for better context, and I would appreciate any insights or suggestions.
