Unable to download error

I am a premium subscriber and getting YouTube "unable to download" errors. I had a window referencing smart app control so I disabled it. Still getting the error. checked my firewall and all ok. Please help? Win 11 and realplayer 25. Is there a security feature I missed? Please help.

  It appears that this issue has been active for days now. I am all up to date with everything too - to no avail. Absolutely unable to download anything Youtube! Frustrating 🤬
