This is my fourth  post on this topic with no final solution arriving from you.

I left you my changed account email  in my third post which appears to have not been reviewed as of four (4) days ago.

My DVD & CD Burner has stopped functioning as of eleven  (11) days ago.  It begins the transferring process and then completely shuts down after five (5) or six (6) seconds. All updates are in order.  I tried uninstalling and then completely reinstalling my RealPlayer and that did not change the essential problem.  So, for the last eleven  (11) days I have been unable to use a RealPlayer service for which I paid.  What is your suggested solution to fixing this frustrating problem?  I thank you for your time reading this and look forward to this matter being PROMPTLY addressed by you and resolved.

This is because of a faulty Windows update.

  According to Microsoft's official documentation:

                                     KB Number             Release Date

  Problematic update:   KB5124010            September 22, 2026

  Fix update:                 KB5127648            October 13, 2026

So please make sure you the Windows update KB5127648 installed
