    Most likely Pamela, I can login to other RealPlayer areas but not into the app so I can use the upgraded version that I paid $45 for.  Hope they resolve the problem soon.  I need app for Christmas ...

    Real Player will not allow me to login so Iam able to use upgraded features.  It shows a window with Offline.HTML.  Please help I use your program for presentations.
